Every year the PDX Browncoats put on a wonderful Christmas market in the theme of all things geekiness and dubbed it Geek the Halls. After going by myself to the event last year and having such a wonderful time, including getting to meet one of my fave indie artists who’s work I have ogled over on Red Bubble for quite some time, the lovely Space Bat Designs. I knew I had to bring the Hubs along to this year’s event.
After having breakfast the Hubs and I walked down to the Double Tree Inn where they were hosting Geek the Halls, which was only a few blocks over from the mall that we live near. It had snowed a few days prior, so there was still a lot of ice and snow on the ground. This of course made it slightly more slippery than I like it to walk about in, being that I tend to slip a lot. I tend to feel like good ol’ Goofy at times walking about. And of course I did slip, but lucky for me I had held on to the Hubs is arm so I didn’t end up falling.
The whole way there the Hubs and I were chatting about a few tabletop games that we were looking into purchasing for our tabletop weekly group. We Sobiers love tabletop!
